Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026
These terms govern your use of GovTenderIQ(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service provides
GovTenderIQ organises and analyses public information about UK public procurement published by official government sources, primarily the Find a Tender service: tender alerts by CPV sector, region and SME suitability, company contract-history search by name or Company Number, and market intelligence. The Service is an information tool. GovTenderIQ is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the UK Government, does not guarantee the award of any contract, and does not replace direct consultation of the official sources.
2. Not legal or professional advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, accounting or professional advice. We are not solicitors or registered advisers, and information provided by the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional regarding your eligibility, bids or compliance obligations.
3. Your account
Registration is performed through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the profile information you provide (company, Company Number, CPV sectors, regions).
4. Plans and payments
The Service offers paid plans — Basic (£39/month) and Pro (£79/month), with annual options at £390/year and £790/year — billed in pounds sterling through Stripe. Prices are shown before payment. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account and you will keep access through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, amounts already billed are not refunded on a prorated basis.
5. Data accuracy
The information comes from official public government sources and is provided "as is"and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Some data (for example, recently published awards) may lag its official publication, and losing bids are generally not published, so histories reflect who won, not everyone who competed. GovTenderIQ does not warrant that the information is complete, current or error-free, and recommends verifying against the official notice on Find a Tender before making decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, resell access, or extract data in bulk through automated means without authorisation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovTenderIQ shall not be liable for business decisions made based on information from the Service, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
